Delivery Policy
The purpose, operation and delivery of the Goalscape software is fully described in text and images (including videos) on our website and in supporting documentation provided with the software. We deliver the Goalscape Desktop software on a direct download from our website. All customers can use Goalscape free of charge for a period of 14 days, after which they may purchase a license for it or continue to use it with restricted functionality. After purchase customers are entitled to certain updates of the Goalscape Desktop software free of charge. Such updates are offered on automatic install as they become available.
Refund policy
In addition to our free 14-day trial, we allow all customers to withdraw from a purchase contract within a 14-day-period after purchase date without any further preconditions, as long as our software was not already activated online. Of course we will reimburse your payment in such case entirely.
Privacy policy
Goalscape Software GmbH uses your data with the highest care possible. When we collect and store your personal data we guarantee that we do not forward this data to any third party and only use the data to contact you in case you asked for it.
We do not store credit card information. Your credit card data is processed by our payment provider (Paypal).
When you send Emails to Goalscape Software GmbH we only store these to process your questions and to optimize our service.
