Just save the zip file to your hard drive, unzip it using Extract All then double-click the Goalscape.exe file inside the folder. Installation is simple and straightforward - just follow the instructions in the install wizard.

If you are using Internet Explorer it may inhibit downloads. If you see a yellow bar at the top of your browser window, please click on it and select "Download file". You may also need to change your security settings in IE.
